Two halves, one product: a public-facing storefront for customers, and the admin/orders side for the operator — intake, tracking, fulfillment.
It’s the smallest possible end-to-end e-commerce surface that still handles real orders for a real farm business. The lesson — over and over — is that the boring 80% (auth, order state machine, error recovery, payment reconciliation) is most of the product. The shiny 20% takes a weekend; the boring 80% takes the rest.
